I've discovered another defect on my S6.
I've been on a conference calls and turned on the speaker, then I switched to another apps like viber or textra while still on the call, the sound switched to normal while the speaker icon indicator still stays active. I had to touch and retouch the speaker icon to bring back speaker (louder sound).

just sharing...maybe Google or Samsung will see this and retest on their next update.

I've been using Android since the s3, s4, s5, all note series and now S6 and have been working in IT for over 15 yrs. Not sure what kind of setup I've done wrong :)
