Found old phone. Forgot pattern and Gmail info.

I promise it's not stolen. It even has my son's picture as the wallpaper and all. I just want his baby pictures that are in the phone so if there's any way to unlock a phone somehow without doing a hard reset or factory reset I would really appreciate your help!!!!!
