FPS Improvements?

I realized in all this Note 10 excitement I haven't seen any mention of improvement in the FPS over the S10+. Anyone hear anything,... hardware or software tweaking?

Personally I'm OK with the performance of the S10+ FPS, however it's not perfect and there is room for improvement since some find it difficult or impossible to use.

All I heard was its higher up , so that's a plus for me.

Believe it is the same sensor, hopefully some software side improvements. Though it is much better on S10 now than it was at launch.

Optical FPS is so much faster than the ultrasonic FPS and the UFPS can be finicky at times... Hopefully, we will see some improvements with the Note series

I agree the S10+ fps isn't bad. I do think that the Note 9 fps is more responsive though. I hope there are improvements.

The Note 9 FPS will be more responsive as it's optical, the 3d/ultrasonic on the S/Note 10 takes a tad more time to register but is very secure, I need to read up on the face recognition thing that the Note 10 has going on also, apparently it's not very secure.

I thought the 9 was a rear mounted capacitive FPS

Sorry yes capacitive, but obviously quicker to register than the in-screen type in the Note 10.
