Franco w/ DSP Manager?

I recently bought Franco's app and flashed M4. So far I can't say I've noticed any improvement over the AOKP kernel (should I??) but I have noticed some shenannigans with Pandora. Occasionally and rather infrequently Pandora will seem to play very quietly. The volume slider will be in the same spot and it'll play back at normal volume if I skip to the next song. Mildly annoying. What's really annoying is trying to use Pandora in my car which connects to AUX via the headphone jack. It seems once the screen goes off it stops playing. I'll turn the screen on, press play, and it'll work again for a few seconds and then stop again. Frustrating. I made sure to change the max frequency for screen off from 384Mhz to 1344Mhz. Other setting are interactive scaling balanced power mode. I do have DSP Manager that I flashed before Franco which works/worked great. I didn't turn on performance sound in Franco but I did set the sound increase to 3. Perhaps they don't play nice? Any thoughts.

BTW how do I overclock the GPU? Don't really have a need but wanted to see if my phone can hang lol. Is that in a nightly? May try 196 this afternoon if I get bored.

EDIT: it does it in the car whether the screen is on or off. Yarrgh.

I had problems that you are talking about with the volume set to 3. I switch to 2 and have had no problems.

Not sure if you missed it but the overclock is on the fourth page/tab.

Franco has not been good to me as far as music apps go, it seems to conflict with a combination of music settings/equalizer and the result is pause in the middle of play. Maybe turning off all sound effects on franco kernel could help but all I KNOW is when I went to a stock kernel all my problems with music pausing on ANY app went AWAY.

Ok, thanks guys. I set the "increase max volume" back to zero. We'll see if it changes. I know that core is the gpu but I only have an option to undervolt it on the oc/uv tab. Imnotajedi, what build are you on? I'm on milestone 4. Also, I have the set at boot checked for cpu, govenor, and power mode but I've noticed these still change randomly to other setting. Weak sauce. Franco gets a lot of praise from peeps who know better but I'm not sure I see what all the hype's about. Getting ready to move to JB anyway though. May the force be with you seems fitting...
