i have just bought a phone off a a pal. samsung galaxy s20 ultra 5g.. i have put my sim card in out of my i phone. but i dont think it is working.
i cant get on contacts, if someone rings it rings and i can answer,but after that i am not sure of anything else.

I moved this from the Introductions forum to the S20 forum, since you're asking a question (and also since you're not new -- I see that your first post was back in 2018!).

What's the exact model number of the S20? You can find it in Settings>About Phone.

Can you give more specific examples of how it's not working? Did you do a full factory reset of the phone first before setting it up for yourself (and adding your own Google or Samsung account, rather than keeping your friend's account on there)?
