Free dark theme?

Does anyone know of a free theme that is dark that keeps the look of the default icons?

You can use any dark theme you want and then go to the icons tab and install the default icons.

I recently moved from iPhones which I've been using since the iPhone 4 launch and moved to Android and s7 edge 8 months ago. I had an adjustment period of around a month but from then I've not looked back !

Now picking up the s8 tomorrow.

I sold my s7 edge phone on Monday and now using a basic smartphone which is adequate but painful to use.

As s8 & s8+ phones are widely available tomorrow I thought it best to sell it before prices started to possibly drop for the s7 edge and s7 phones.

I'm working till 13:30 tomorrow so it's going to be hard to concentrate on work.

Right on brother! Or should I say bandofbrothers I have seen you quite a bit in the S7 forums and I'm kind of interested in your personal take on the S8. I kinda know how you think, a little bit anyways.

I'll definitely be clock watching tomorrow.

One of the first things I'll be downloading is the Material Dark Theme. I typically switch between that and the stock Samsung option.


S7 edge to s8 because....

Slightly larger screen. Infinity display is impressive.
Less accidental touches on edges.
New Exynos Chip.
More comfortable to hold than s7 edge in regards to its dimensions.
Prefer the newer style home button.
I'm in the train of thought that a phone is best optimised for the Os it's been originally released with. Nougat on the s7 edge seemed fine but time would only tell with long usage and it's ability to deal with updates. Especially with O (Oreo ~ imo) around the corner.
S8+ is just too long for my wants and needs.

I tried to use the s7 edge a couple times in the past. I did like it but I don't like phone cases and found that with that device you definitely needed one to help against the accidental edge touches.

The s8+ seems absolutely amazing so far. It is fast. It is fluid. The feel in the hand is amazing. Still going caseless and have not had any accidental touches. The battery life is stunning...

One thing I miss about the iPhone is the front facing camera.

Already been back in the Samsung store today looking at watches. I kept myself away from the s8 display stand.

I'm just hoping the screen is white with no red tinge. After looking around at other shops it appears to be the + models that are predominantly affected.

Material black all the way. It's free and has a black background with almost stock icons. The calender icon even has the current date on it.
