Sorry, but as a physician, I would recommend against this kind of app. Even though you have a disclaimer, someone may falsely believe they are not at risk, and then proceed with risky behaviors (and possibly even spread the virus to someone else).

That's a commendable intent, but my concern is that people might think that a "low score" means they're at no risk for either contracting HIV or having it, whereas in reality, risks are no longer isolated to certain demographics--it's more universal now. Conversely, a "high score" may be a false positive and cause unnecessary stress and anxiety. The examples in your screenshots include very nonspecific symptoms, which could be present in lots of other illnesses.
