Yeah I'm pretty sure we won't be getting the B&O ear buds here in the US. I think at most we'll get an extra battery and micro sd card.

Yeah that's what happened with the V10. The Korean market got the nice ear buds and the U.S. got memory cards and battery packs.

If they do that, I smell a class action false advertising lawsuit. You shouldn't come to the U.S., launch your product to a U.S. audience, tell said U.S. audience you're offering something with it, then don't include that something in the U.S. boxes.

Lol I think they were just saying what they were launching with it not where unfortunately. They'll be getting their final retail V20s next week. And we just have to wait. Once again I just wish they be like Apple.lol Everybody gets the same thing.

I believe he misspoke especially given the lack of pricing and release dates after over two weeks. I heard that too. If it's true that would be really great though.

I didn't watch the launch video that you're mentioning, but I've heard that the US won't be getting the added b&o internals. Making matters worse, ALL V20s will have the b&o logo on the back of the phone even though not all countries are getting it. I have no idea on us getting the headphones, that would be a sweet freebie.

I don't blame you for being skeptical if the V10 had a similar launch of misleading the viewers. I only have their official statement of the launch and internet rumors to go on. I'll remain optimistic for now unless proved otherwise.

As far as I know the Dac is made by ESS and for outside the US B&O just tunes the software to their specs. Is there someting with B&O in the States by not getting it here? Just like the G5, the B&O dac module was available everywhere else but here, afaik

You're mostly right. Adding on to what Mylgt1 said, B&O is giving away free headphones to markets outside the US. And additionally I'm pretty sure that I read that they are adding a mixer into the dac software so you can further customize the bass, midrange, and treble. Unfortunately we don't get the headphones or the added b&o software additions.

I read in a couple of reviews that we aren't getting the b&o add ons like the rest of the other markets, we just get the b&o logo on the back. If you guys want I can try to find those articles by it'll take me a while since I've read so many of the preview reviews since it was announced.
