free Premium Care for 1 month without payment information

According to the terms, "If you pre-order your Eligible Device on or before April 20, 2017, you may enroll in Premium Care without providing any payment information... If you do not wish to extend Premium Care coverage after the first 30 days, you do not need to do anything."

But when I try to enroll, it won't let me proceed without giving payment information, even though I did pre-order. Has anyone else encountered this problem or know how to solve it?

I think you were supposed to sign up before a certain date to get that deal.

I'm pretty sure the 30 days are free and after that your auto inrolled until you cancel
Most likely it was a free 30day promo for preorder

To get it without entering payment info you would of had to enroll before you received the phone.

No. That seems to be the problem, even though the Terms and Conditions (quoted above) don't say that the pre-order had to be through Samsung.
