Freezing before full boot up! Please help

Hi guys left my phone on charge the other night and then realized after overheating etc, it was freezing. Im notnsure what to do, I'm really in need of data from that s2. Help is much appreciated.

Welcome to the forums.

And if that dont work? If might of cleared in safe recove mode! Il try again....
Theres some important stuff on here too.damn digital. ?. Plz help

Clearing cache won't delete any of your files, just system files that can confuse the OS.
