Fresher/Newer phone from Verizon online or Corporate store?

Getting another S7 edge next week and was wondering if I would get a fresher/newer phone purchasing from Verizon online or in a Verizon corporate store? What you think?

Store and online will be the same. Store you can verify the device works well before leaving, but other then that both are the same.

Stores don't even have it in stock

The corporate stores around here have all three colors in stock now.

If you can, get it in store so you can check it out and make sure everything is in working order before you leave. Even if it's a third party store like Diamond Wireless. The 1 corporate store where I live just recently had black in stock, but no other colors...and when I got mine on Friday, some nearby Diamond Wireless had some that had just come, and an associate from the store where I live went and picked one up for me. They asked if color mattered, and I said no, and got black. I'm assuming that was all they had, but I didn't ask because my 14 days were just about up and I truly was fine with any color.

What do you check? I mean it turns on and connects I get but it takes me 2 days to get phone set up as I like sort of... Months before really set up perfectly.
