From 40% to 20% in 1 minute... Any Solutions

So I was using my phone yesterday and I had 40%. I thought my phone was acting dumb and I restarted my phone and instantly my phone went to 19%. Is it just me, do any of you guys havr any advice on resolving my batttery problem issues lately my batter been dying quickly? Also I read something about the drainage battery cycle where you let the battery die a couple of time and then charge it... Does that work?

You need to replace the battery. I had similar issues that were resolved with a new Anker battery purchased from Amazon.

What carrier did you getting the phone with? Also, are you on a two year contract? It could still be the battery even though you just got the phone.

If you just got it Boost Mobile should be able to swap out the battery. See if they'll take care of it for you.
