From Galaxy S4 to Note 4, need help

Hi Guys. My Note 4 is due in today from ups and I was wondering how I get my apps and stuff over to the Note 4. Sorry for such a noobish question but I really don't know what to do. I have an SD card in the S4 right now that is filled with apps and music so do I just take it out of the S4 and plug it right into the Note 4? Thanks for any help.

if you installed those apps via play store, they will be automatically downloaded onto your new Note 4.

and yes, for music, just pull the Micro SD card from S4 and plug into Note 4.

You can also do smart switch. If you want your app data back it up to the SD card as well and then you can retrieve it on your note.
