I am HEATED. I did not spend $400+ on a box to be told I can't enjoy the content of the web, that was clearly advertised! What business is it of these providers to tell me what kind of screen my Google TV can/can not be hooked up to? Lets keep in mind that Google TV IS a computer. It runs an operating system, it runs applications, it browses the web. Its a friggin computer! I should be able to access computer content, period.

I know this is not Google's fault by any means, but if I can't get a resolution within my 30 day return period, this will be going right back to the store. As a customer I reserve the right to what I purchased.

Greedy TV network *** holes!

Discuss. :)

We are in a transition period from the old local broadcast of serialized program list to IP based global N to M on-demand model.

Considering the huge investments in the old model, the difficulty of some players to adapt (e.g. who needs anymore that local network affiliate) is understandable.

However, the change is unavoidable.

That's my 2c, not directly related to your 30 days dilemma though ;-).

I know how you feel there generous. There should be no difference between the internet on the Revue and the internet on my PC. I think it's BS the networks are blocking access. I had a bad feeling they were going to pull this crap so I'm not really too surprised by it though.

They don't seem to realize that we will see the same ads they always show on their sites, and nothing is stopping people from clicking on the same links we can click on the PC. Their still going to make their money if they give access to the Google TV devices.

I hope Google can change their minds soon.
