Froyo and my Alpine INA W900 "Will it then work?????"

I have an Alpine INA w900 nav/stereo unit in my car. Ever since I got my Droid X I have been unable to use the Bluetooth Phone application in my car. The unit connects with my Droid however the phonebook will not update properly. The phone will not work until this phonebook updates. I have gotten tired of trying to get it to work and am hoping the FROYO update will make it work. Has anyone had any experience with this issue?

I am pretty doubtful that Froyo will fix this I don't think there's changes to Bluetooth profiling in 2.2.
