How's the new tethering features expected to work? Will we need to add the hot-spot tethering plan that droid x users are supposed to use?
Would it be possible to just use an app like barnacle and just get away with using my data plan? How's it work on other phones running Froyo? Does this eliminate the need to use tethering tools available only to rooted users, or is there still an advantage over the Froyo hotspot setting?
