I found out an interesting tip with froyo today, if you press and hold the Launcher icon, it will show you all 5 screens, then you can tap to select which screen to jump to.

This is also in Eclair except that you had to press and hold the dots in the bottom corners. Froyo added the use of the launcher icon.
