Frozen On startup

My eris has been frozen on startup all day I have tried pulling the battery and tried to do a recovery but nothing what eelse can I do ? By the way it is stock on the 3 little guys on skateboards .

try a hard reset. if you need instructions refer to the dorid eris faq's stickied in this forum.

I am pretty sure I have tried that by holding the volume down button send button and then the power button and cleared the user memory still got nothing

that's a bummer. if you cant get past that screen, you can't do a factory reset. sounds like time to call verizon. good luck. be sure to post how this issue gets resolved.
