Frozen Screen

I'm sure their is a thread elsewhere but in a hurry. My touchscreen has frozen up. Tried factory reset yadda yadda to no avail. This is last ditch effort before I make a long drive to a store. Any ideas that can fix it?

everything works on it but the touchscreen. can call, etc through the keyboard, just cant use the touchscreen
