FTM-Mode on Nexus 4, Please help!!!!

I have a Nexus 4 LGE960 I accidentally put it in FTM-mode and cant seem to get it off the screen. I've tried rebooting it various times and let the battery run out, only to see it again when I power it up. How do I exit this mode? please help...:-\ Thanks...
