Full bars, but WiFi doesn't connect.

I have a Samsung galaxy s3 tablet and my wifi bars are high but the internet doesn't actually work

You probably need to reset the router. Unplug it for a minute and plug it back in. When it's fully booted you should be able to connect. Let us know how that goes.
