Full reset doesn't work. Moto G Stylus

I've tried many times. I get to proper screen (?) but can't proceed.

If you can't reset it through the regular phone settings in the phone's menu, you'll need to go through the recovery menu. Do a Google search for accessing the recovery menu for your phone.... it's a very easy process.

I moved this from the Android 10 forum to the Moto G forum for more specific traffic.

I have The Moto G Stylus. I did a reset through the recovery menu and now when I plug my phone into the computer. It sees it as Motorola XT 1097 .. What gives ??

Welcome to Android Central! The model number in Settings>About Phone is still XT2043, right? It probably has more to do with the PC's drivers rather than the phone.
