G Suite account is added into 2 android devices, not accepted on 3rd. Any ideas why?

Hi Community,

I have a business gsuite account, with gmail and everything.

The account is running fine on Samsung Galaxy Tab and Samsung Note.

However on Xiaomi Mi 8, i am trying to add it but it doesnt sync.

I get messages like "there was an error" and so on.
I removed it, added it again but nothing.
To make sure, I added a different gsuite account and it worked properly.

Any ideas why is this happening?
