G Watch or Moto 360?

I'm on the fence here. I kinda feel the G is a better deal as a first Android Wear purchase, but I really like the wireless charging of the Moto.
Any advice?

Thanks

I personally went with the g watch because of the price. They are both first gen watches so I will probably buy a newer version next year. The g watch lasts 45-50 hours for me on a single charge with screen off when dim. It lasts about 30 hours with screen always on. I don't think I would have the same luck with the 360. The 360 does look nice though.

The battery life is the biggest difference I can see at the moment between the two. I have both the LG and the Moto 360.

The LG lasted me the whole day with heavy use, always on and brightness level of 4. At the end of the day (typically 15-16 hours off charger), I would have 30-40% battery left. That's not quite good enough to last a whole second day, but I'm fine with charging it every night.

The Moto 360 typically lasts about 13-15 hours off charger for me with ambient mode off, the brightness on auto, and the same heavy use as the LG. I have actually gone to charging it at my desk at work during the day with a spare Qi charger I had for my phone. I love the way it looks and I actually like the way information is displayed on the round screen, but the battery has not been great for me. I do admit that I play with it constantly tho, so my usage may be quite a bit heavier than the average user.

None the less, I don't regret getting the 360, just wished it had better battery life is all.

I have both (Google I/O was nice to me this year) and can say that the Moto 360 is both nicer to look at and also nicer to wear. Wearing the G Watch I felt more like I had a plain square screen on my wrist while wearing the 360 I feel like I have a high quality watch on. The battery is better on the G but I can make it easily through a day with my 360 and the charging experience is much better with the moto 360.

I ended up going with the 360. The battery life had gotten better after the last update and I like the wireless charging. It seems that third party watchfaces are culprits in battery drain issues.
I may get a white/gold LG G still. Can you have more than one watch paired with a phone?

Yep... I've had 6-7 Bluetooth devices connected at the same time (including multiple smartwatches) before I ran into issues. 2-3 I do on a regular basis with no problems.

You can have 2 watches paired to one phone, but you can't pair a watch to 2 different phones.
