I sent my watch back to LG after the bluetooth quit working on it. After over a month I get it back and it's on version 4.4W.1. I go to System Updates and it says I'm up to date.
I went to LG service and started a support chat and described the issue and they tell me that the watch is not compatible with 5.1.1 and that 4.4W.1 is the correct version for it. They said they had problem with Lollipop and do not support it.
So of course now the watch isn't compatible with the apps I had installed and has limited functionality with the Android Wear app.
Anyone else have this issue? They said I could send it back but that they wouldn't put 5.1.1 on it.
Very unhappy with this situation and their overall service. They lost the watch in their facility for over a month and just kept telling me to not worry about it and that service people would contact me but they never did.
