G3 Frontier can't find my location

When I run the Weather app, I tap the Add Location option. At that point, the watch states that it is finding my location, and the wheel spins. However, it eventually times out and my location is not added. Can anything be done to resolve this? Thanks.

You must first set the location in your mobile phone, the clock will be synchronized automatically
