G4 leather back vs Note 3

I know that there was some discussion about the leather back, especially the black one. The Note 3 had a fake leather back so I wanted to compare the two. The Note 3 back feels very fake and plastic. The g4 black leather back isn't great but still miles better than the note 3

What's not great,its real leather ...I'm sure a plethora of different materials will come out but I'm great with leather

There was some talk about it being fake. It clearly is not,just wanted to compare it to a fake leather back.

What can you expect? Its a very thin layer glued onto a hard surface. I like that they added the threaded seam down the middle to add to the genuineness.

Maybe it's me but the leather back on my G4 does NOT feel like plastic. There are just different types of leather.

I have the T-Mobile Brown leather back and it definitely doesn't feel like leather. Feels like soft cardboard. Makes me wonder if it really is l leather.
