G4 purple line while using camera

So I just noticed something weird about an hour ago. When using the camera, I find a small, subtle, deformed line. When I zoom in to the area, it gets bigger.

I've tried other camera apps, but it's still there. As far as I know, I did not scratch the lens in any way. I took a video yesterday that doesn't have the line on it.

It was there on the Verizon 12a update, and did not disappear when I got the small update. If it gets to the point, I can easily replace the lens, correct?

Attached are examples of what is happening.

Thanks.

That's just odd. :what:

That sounds like a hardware issue, like something dropped on the sensor itself, but no idea why it wouldn't also show up in videos. Does the line appear the same way in every photo? I.e. Same size, shape, location.

Actually, I pointed out that it wasn't in a video from the day before to show that it's a new problem. It shows up in every picture and video in the same size, shape, and location.

I'm thinking about buying a new sensor and getting it replaced by a local repair store, but I'm not sure where to buy one online.
