G5S+ sound coming out of bottom speaker only - Not the earpiece (like the E4+)

I have an E4 Plus that plays sound out of the same speaker used for the speakerphone (the earpiece), which sounds great. The G5S Plus, however, only plays out of the bottom speaker (which the E4+ does not have). Unfortunately, the sound on the E4+ is much better, because it actually faces the listener.

Is there any way to turn on the earpiece of the G5S+ so sound plays out of it - like it does on the E4+? I am sure sound would be better playing out of both speakers (earpiece and bottom speaker), but if that is not possible, the earpiece by itself would still be better than the bottom speaker alone.

Not possible, only the bottom speaker works
