G6 Freezes after Charging

Hi, my G6 would freeze after the charger has been unplugged after around 1 minute. I have to force to phone to restart with Power Button + Vol Down for about 3 times to solve the freezing problem after every charge. Is anyone having the same problem? My G6 version is LGM-G600K.

You can try update on last version (if you didnt) and then factory reset. That is first thing they do in service.

I have updated it to the latest firmware already. It is funny that i got this problem once i plug it in and charge right after the bought the phone new.

If you leave your g6 in service, they will do factory reset (first). You can try that.

Are u using original lg charger ?

I would return it if you are still within return window
