G6 Pros & Cons

I love the build, the size, and I am personally a fan of LG's skin (seems like you either love it or you hate it! Haha).

I dislike the lack of LED notification, but I've heard that the AOD is a pretty good feature.

32 GB internal storage without option to buy higher storage of someone wants.
Camera not wow'g me.

Rest all great.

Everything is working well for me so far but 2 cons are lack of accessory variety and low light pics lack focus.

I love almost everything about this phone. No real complaints. 64gb would have been nice peace of mind but I've never needed it. Umm, if I had designed it the headphone jack would be on the bottom. ok an oled display would have been nice too, but this is a really good LCD blacks are really nice, it's just that glow with the aod when you're in the dark. That's really the only time I think about it.

For me,

Pros would be darn near everything.

I'm ok with the 32 GB memory cause I sport a 128gb chip.

Cons maybe the heat it seems to get?

In love with the phone top to bottom. Love the flat screen. Hated gs7 screen. Wish the speaker was a little louder. Ringtones I have a hard time hearing. Battery life is amazing (for me anyway) just bought a 64 GB SD so I'm good now. Phone is an absolute beast.

Likes:
Form factor and screen size
Performance
Improvement over the V20 wide angle camera
Camera in general
Battery life
LG skin

Dislikes:
32gb
Android 7.0 instead of 7.1
Loss of the IR blaster

I don't own one but I can tell you I've never even considered an LG until the G6

I had an iphone for 5 yrs then switched to Samsung 5 yrs ago. Nothings perfect but I've
always preferred the Samy displays since moving to Android. I tried an S7e for 20 days on Tmo and hated it, so back to my Note 4 I went.

I love the G6 in silver, (much better than the S7e mirror) I think it's one of the best looking phones on the market. I also prefer a flat screen with a small bezel any day over the edge displays. It feels great in the hand and has a solid feel, fit and finish is exceptional. I also prefer the 18:9 ratio over the 18:6 ratio of the S8.

I was concerned with the somewhat dim display on the G6 compared to my Note 4 but the S8s I've played with also have a much dimmer display. I've read numerous complaints about BT issues too, and while I love the wide angle camera I really wish it had an image stabilizer. The pics just don't seem as crisp as my N4. Guess that all leads back to my previous comment, nothings perfect.

Bottom line, well done LG!

I agree; LG has a real winner this year! Hopefully they do well with it!
