G930U (Unlocked S7) Crippled/Missing Settings

I got the 930U version of the S7 direct from Samsung, and I have to say I'm a bit disappointed in the fact it seems to be slightly LESS functional than if I'd bought the phone direct from a carrier. Sure, I can opt in or out of carrier bloatware - but I did NOT expect to have features that would otherwise be there removed.

At the top of my list are the following options missing from where they should be on the menus:
1. Enable Wifi Calling (this is HUGE since I have dead spots at home and at work)
2. Disable Camera Sound when shooting photos

Anyone have any luck with finding a way around this (and other missing settings)?

On my phone, camera sounds are gone if I turn system volume to silent.

As for WiFi calling, it's a carrier function so perhaps that's that. In several countries around the world, WiFi calling is not an option for carriers, so Samsung putting that setting on unbranded phones may actually be unlikely.
