Gal 7S keyboard Samsung stuck

In Chrome "passwords" one required the master password to show the passwords but the keyboard i get to type the master password is a numerical one and does not allow any letters. Tried to change under "Language and Input" > "default keyboard" but Samsung is marked (blue dot) and cannot be changed - its stuck. NB This is only under Chrome passwords - all the other keyboards are num-alpha . Thanks

Welcome to Android Central! Where exactly are you trying to type this password? Does the numberpad have an ABC key at the lower left?
