galaxly s4 active print option not working anymore

Any solutions here?. Used to be able to print with this option like when I needed to print an email to my wireless hp photosmart printer. Hit the menu/print option now and it tells me print error, tries to print, shows me the doc. and my printer so I know the connection is good. Also can use eprint and that works so I know the connection between phone and printer is ok.
