Galaxy 9+ NTTDocomo Bixby Voice will not launch. Anyone else have this problem? Anyone else have a Japanese 9+ that Bixby Voice works on? I read a lot of posts and watch a lot of videos about how to make Bixby voice work in other countries and how to update and/or install Bixby voice but nothing works so far. Bixby voice app is installed. Anyone? :-
