Galaxy a03 lock screen dont show music icons or cycle arrows.

Before the last update any music app would show arrows when lock screen was on. You could cycle 4 ward or back through music songs or stations. Now it doesnt show at all. Makes me unlock the phone to change songs or stations. Apps i use are digitally imported, pc radio, stingray music. Dont have music dl on my galaxy a03

I have android version 12, as for the music toggle it is on. I dont have any music downloaded on my phone. I use music apps that have a number of different stations or genres to listen to. Like i mentioned in previous comment, when i was in lock screen id be able to change the station or song by clicking the arrow icons. Now they are not there since the newest update. I have to unlock phone to change the tunes playing. My phone is a galaxy a03s, i wrote the android central question.

No my phone is blank until i double tap the screen, then the time shows. I swipe right and then i unlock my phone.

Just to be sure, this is the A03, and not the A03 Core, right? (The former has full Android, while the latter is Android Go.)

When i check the about part for the phone, it says A03s and the android version is 12. Figured out the sharing screen shot.

You already tried turning the toggle off and then on again?
