Galaxy A10e Wi-Fi Calling Option Missing

Recently acquire AT&T A10e. The Wi-Fi calling switch is missing, as in not there, absent. I know where it's supposed to be, but it's not. I spent considerable time on the phone with AT&T, they assured me that Wi-Fi calling is enabled for my account but were unable to resolve the issue. I've tried the various remove SIM, reinstall and reboot solutions found online to no avail. I've performed a hard reset. Nothing has brought the switch back. Please help!

Correct, the switch is not there. Neither is it in phone settings. The Wi-Fi calling app appears to be installed

Usually it's a toggle in the pull down notification panel or settings in connection to toggle on and or phone app settings, but you don't see it , did you ever see it before? This phone bought 2nd hand ? And are you top tier plan with Att ?

Phone is refurb off Amszon. Wifi calling not in pull down either. Never had it. Not familiar with top tier, so no.

Top tier plan meaning their I believe 55.00 and up plan includes wifi calling but don't think the lower price plans do . Can you get a screen shot of your software page?
