I am unable to use bluetooth after a update in Jan 2023

Try going to setting>general management>reset>reset network
This will reset Bluetooth

Welcome to Android Central! What exactly doesn't work when you try to use Bluetooth?

The January update on Pixels had problems with Bluetooth (which is probably why many of us haven't received it -- Google likely cancelled the rollout). I've also seen some posts about January causing problems on other non-Pixel phones, so maybe those bugs made their way to other manufacturers.
