i cant used my phone at i cant do factory reset or get into the settings of the phone because the app keeps showing dont matter if i have the chip off the wifi off they log i really really need some help cuz i have no idea on how to remove it i have a laptop but its HP Chromebook if anyone could help me please

If you know your Google password, go into recovery do factory reset but you will lose your data , at this time nothing else can do .

Not in the app , in recovery , you said you don't remember Samsung password so can't do it that way .

but no imfo showa up only for my other phones i have to phone on the recovery screen do i enter de wify for samsung page to be able to locate the phone? i think the joy app got into the phone by a messege

If it doesn't see that device your not log in on phone and recovery factory reset doesn't work?

yes, after the recovery it goes back to normal with my screensaver and my screenlock i got a message from payjoy app its the app that had my phone lock it has access to everything of my phone before the app lock the phone i try to root it but it didnt allow me to try to get dev options on an didnt let me now im not able to used setting or app on the phone only emergency calls i removed the wify from the phone but i read that thay get into the sistem phone even if its not on wify or locked

You will have to flash the stock firmware or send it in for repair
