Hi!
When I go to select a video (0:19) to upload in Instagram, I get past the editing/filter step, hit next then it says:
"an unknown error has occurred"
'Unable to play the video. Please stop playing the other video and try again' (words to this effect). Then I get stuck in a screen which says "Processing" and a loading graphic.
I cannot upload the video to my feed. I have:
> cleared my app cache multiple times
> deleted app data multiple times
> un/reinstalled multiple times
> wiped phone cache
> factory reset
> on and off again and restarted multiple times
I have also installed the Toaster app, and I can see the error is coming from Insta, but no further info on how to fix.
What else can I try?
