Galaxy A70 Android 10, All dialer codes starting with *#*# do not work

So every dialer code/hardware code I used to try, used to work, I'm certain.

Now I do a search and notice all of these format codes:

*#*#NUMERICCODE#*#*

NONE of them work, for example:
*#*#4636#*#* Phone info

*#*#526#*#* WLAN Test

*#*#232337#*# Displays Bluetooth device address.

But some (50%) of these work:
*#CODE#

to be sepcific, these are working:
*#06# IMEI
*#0228# Battery Status.
*#2263# RF Band selection

I'm seeing a pattern. Of course codes meant for diff ROMs don't work but I used to have a great list of working codes, in particular, the screen test code!!!

I used a variety of sources INCLUDING specific sites that list codes for Galaxy A70.

I need to test my screen. Does anyone know?

The phone sometimes gets too hot when ambient temperature increases during this summer.
The result is the screen appears to be tapping by itself.

The problem goes away when the temperature goes down. It was extrememly bad when it was 30-35C outside.

I did the screen test before where I can actively draw on a white screen and identify the non-reactive regions.

Do you know the dialer code to get the screen draw test?

I'm not sure the dialer codes as every Samsung phone are different. You try safe mode ?

Oh no I never tried it haha ok

Right now of course the phone is acting fine so I will try safe mode next time I can see it happening.

So at this point, the screen-draw test I found that worked previously, I believe I still could benefit from. Previously, the problem was intermittent and the screen-draw test helped me diagnose that my screen is broken.... but then the screen worked ok sometimes and now those parts of the screen work sometimes.

Now I want to identify which parts of the screen the phone is not able to get touch data from.
I'll report back with more.

Ok , if touch issue from screen most likely the screen comes with a digitalizar together

The one I had been looking for is the Test Menu code: *#0*#

I've done this test 3 times now... each time you draw all over the place looking for dropped touch areas. NONE FOUND NOW! Like what?


Have you ever heard of the issue I described originally?

Just to make things more exciting, I was posting....and suddenly my bottom icons arent working (GMAIL app currently). This comes AFTER I just did the screen test.
