Android Central Question

Hello. My Samsung Galaxy A8 is stuck in bootloop but has a FRP lock on. I can only access the OS download screen. What are my options? Thanks!

Welcome to Android Central! FRP means Factory Reset Protection, and is a security measure to discourage a person from stealing a device and doing a simple factory reset to make it their own. Has this always been your device?

Hi! Thanks for the reply. Yes! The phone has always been mine. What are my options?

It has always been my phone. The phone just automatically rebooted and is now stuck in a bootloop. I am unable to access anything but the OS download screen.
