I'll have to try just one and see if it improves. Another problem is I'm not used to noise cancelling headphones so I tend to not be able to tell how loud I'm actually talking.Sorry to hear you're having issues. My experience with my Galaxy Buds has been much better. I was just talking to my mom the other day. She's gone partly deaf and couldn't hear me that well when I was using speakerphone on my S10+, but when I took out one Galaxy Bud (right one, if that matters) and started using it instead, she could hear me just fine.

Have the same issue, stopped to use it until i figure something outI can hear everyone great on my s10 but I sound really muffled to everyone in talking too. I'm on the latest updates on the wearable app, galaxy buds, and android version of my s10 plus. Not sure what to do. The buds fit perfectly in my ear.
By backwards you want the tip of the part that holds it in my ear towards the back of my head. (2'o clock position.)?Try using bigger ear tips, and make sure you twist the buds backwards after insertion (phrasing).
It could be that the mic is rubbing up against the inside of your ear, and the above should hopefully solve that.
