I type "Send to S Health" on the watch. The sync is successful.

When I open S Health on the phone and look at Walking mate. The Step Count shows 0.

Do I have to hit Start in the Walking Mate app too?

What am I doing wrong?

I think it's just a poor design. Mine does the same thing. They need to do a software update to fix that.

Sent from my Note 3

It does it correctly.. it just adds it to Exercise Mate under S Health.... not under walking mate. Walking mater on the Note 3 will only count the steps used with its pedometer.

I have been having the same issue. Thanks for posting this. I hope they fix this soon so the steps seen on Gear show on the phone app as well.

I have the same problem, I did sent to s health, its successful but in S health it still show the less steps than gear.

Hey Guys

on the galaxy gear when you send the data to S Health. It automatically send it to the Exercise Mate and show you there (if you click on that data, it show data from galaxy gear).hope it will help

I find the gear step counter useless.. I noticed it counting steps while I was driving.. Seeing when I walk the phone is always with me that's what I go by. The phone does not count steps when I am driving lol

THE BEAST,,NOTE 3. SIZE IS EVERYTHING!!!

I don't understand how to get the note 3 to sync to my galaxy gear. I am under the impression I can keep using phone, and watch, and it will take the highest step count? I have lots of data in walking mate and it doesn't push todays steps to phone. How is all this supposed to work together?
