Galaxy Grand Prime G530AZ Issue

Hey everyone, I'm new to these forums I hope I'm posting in the right place. I have some concerns regarding my phone and Samsung kies3. I have a Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime Model G530AZ and I'm on version 4.4.4 my phone is currently rooted. I am pretty positive I made an error using a app to change my boot animation. The result when my Phone is powered on/rebooted it boots directly to Recovery mode. I have to press the power button and choose the option to reboot my phone and it boots up normally. This also happens when my phone is powered off and I plug it in to charge it. I have an issue with SuperSU it doesn't update Properly. If I use Samsung Kies3 to Update my Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime (G530AZ) will it be safe? I'm afraid of it being bricked I want to update due to 5.1.1 being released mid November. I want to ask will flashing my phone this way fix my boot up issues? Any Help would be appreciated thanks everyone!
