GALAXY NEXUS airplane mode problem

phone will not allow me to make a call because it reads that i have to first turn off airplane mode when in fact is not on at all. what should i do.

Did you try toggling Airplane mode on and off? Did you try rebooting the phone?

Also, wrong board.
