Galaxy Nexus GSM Accessories

Do accessories for the CDMA/LTE Galaxy Nexus fit the GSM model?

I ordered the Otterbox Commuter (originally designed/listed) for the CDMA phone... but hopefully it will fit! (They've update the title listing on amazon to include the Google/GSM model). 'll let you guys know. Phone delivered today, case should be next week. :D

Yeah I don't see why they wont. It's the other way around that wouldn't work. Only downside with buying a CDMA case is you may come across some that have a little play in the back due to the fact the GSM is a bit thinner. But I had the Double Cover for a bit and the fit was fine.

Do accessories for the CDMA/LTE Galaxy Nexus fit the GSM model?

I bought a couple cheap Chinese cases off of eBay that were made for i515 or i9250 and they fit just fine. The phones are so close to the same thickness it doesn't really matter.

NEW QUESTION:
Where can I find the extended battery for this model?

eBay. There are many Korean sellers selling the official Samsung extended ones. They're 2000mAh and have a different back cover (stock back cover won't work). You do not want the i515 model that's blue. That's for the CDMA models. You want the black i9250 model.

Happy to report that the Otterbox Commuter fits the GSM Galaxy Nexus like a glove. However, it is bulkier -- and heavier than I thought... and the silicon corners do terrific double-duty as pocket lint removers! :p

Think I'll keep this for heavy use (hiking, helping someone move, stuff like that) but order my go-to case of choice -- Casemate Barely There -- for everyday protection.

I have this case, the commuter, and I dont know why people are saying it fits like a glove. Unless me and my GF have defective cases, our Galaxy Nexus phones DO have slight movement in the case. We both have the HSPA unlocked versions and they are .52mm thinner. Otter is sending us replacements but I am not holding my breath.

Hmm, well I sure hope that these replacements are better than these that I have. Thanks for sharing.

+1 for the commuter case fitting a GSM Gnex. (Now that I have it I'm thinking of maybe getting a TPU case, most days I don't need the extra bulk, just something that adds a bit of grip and thickness so its easier to hang on to)
