Galaxy nexus order

I ordered my GSM galaxy nexus from the playstore on July the 3rd. It was before the ban was placed.
14 days later, 1 email and 4 phones calls. The status of my order is unchanged.
"google inc received your order"

Every rep I have talked to claims my phone will be shipping soon.

Are they actually shipping the phones again since the ban was lifted?
Has anyone ordered and received their phone within the past 14 days?
Or am I just having bad luck?
It's a bit frustrated to see the current order page stating "delivered in 3 to 5 business days"
Yet I'm waiting for some update to occur.

I'm afraid to say you are not alone. I've seen many posts of people who ordered right before or during the ban having problems. Google keeps telling them everything is being handled but.. well.

I ordered mine after the ban lift on the 12th, Thursday morning around 10am. 24 hours later on Friday the 13th I received shipping confirmation and a tracking number. It arrived today, Tuesday around 3 in the afternoon.

And that sucks. There is no reason they should be filling my order before they take care of their backlog.
