Galaxy Nexus VoLTE (4G Voice) support?

I'm very happy with my Thunderbolt, but the leaked Ice Cream Sandwich screenshots, among other things, have me interested in the next Nexus device since all signs are pointing to it being available on VZW.

Has anyone heard or seen anything about VoLTE (4G voice) support for Verizon? They are supposed to launch the service next year, and it will have better call quality and features than the current CDMA2000 voice service. Also, there are are a few key areas where I get better 4G service than anything else due to the better building penetration of 700MHz and lack of "cell breathing" with LTE.

If this phone doesn't support VoLTE, that would be a deal breaker for me.

Please don't turn this into a discussion about LTE battery life. I don't see the huge impact on my Thunderbolt everyone claims there is, and turning off the CDMA2000 radio when VoLTE is available should help a little anyways.

We havent really heard anything regarding VoLTE yet.

If any phone is going to have it, it will be this one, though....

I don't see why it wouldn't. I mean we know the Revolution can do it (and hence also the Thunderbolt since they are almost identical phones inside) so I'm guessing all LTE phones are more than likely capable.

The ThunderBolt can only do "VoLTE" in the sense that it can use an app like Skype on (3G or) 4G, but that's not the same as Verizon's plans for network VoLTE. Only LG Revolution was expected to be VoLTE capable--it has a completely different radio despite what some misinformed Verizon 'tech support' people will tell you. Verizon did announce that VoLTE was delayed and I wouldn't be surprised if it was delayed again, presumably until they get a better handle on their new eHRPD/LTE network tech.
