Galaxy Note 10.1

[AC Question]

My device is stuck on a black screen with the words Samsung GALAXY NOTE 10.0.
I was using it to play a slots game when it kicked me out and went to the screen described above, now it won't turn off or anything !!
Can anyone help please ?

Welcome to the forum. How long did you hold the power off key? Push and hold it for at least 15 to 20 seconds and see if that can give you control back or at least power the unit off, as it sounds like your video is locked. If you continue to have problems you can try a reset but that sequence has to start from a power off condition.
